Temperature control issues in rooms!!! Dated amenities in some areas!!! Noise from adjoining rooms was quite disruptive!!! It's a shame the hot tub was frequently reported as out of service!!!

The staff was welcoming and attentive during my stay.

I was really frustrated with the king-size bed. it was incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. The hot water lasted only five minutes before turning ice-cold, making showers unbearable. To top it off, there was no peep-hole cover on the door, which added to my discomfort regarding privacy.

The hotel had a lovely layout with spacious rooms, and fresh, clean decor that made it inviting. The staff were very attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience, particularly with easy access for seniors. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Wider breakfast selection would be appreciated.

The Deluxe Queen Studio was absolutely spacious, allowing plenty of room for our family to move around comfortably. Everything felt immaculate and fresh, from the sparkling clean floors to the soft, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was truly exceptional with an array of hot options that fueled us for a day of adventure!

We had a great time staying here with friends. The rooms were modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette. We explored Roosevelt and the fantastic local scenery during the day. The complimentary hot breakfast was a nice touch and gave us a good start for our adventures. This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the area!

This forced me to switch rooms several times, which added unnecessary stress during my stay. A bit of assistance from the staff in this regard would have been appreciated. Still, the overall stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the cleanliness and amenities provided.
